ABOUT

ABOUT ME
Hello, I am a Norwich based Personal Trainer, mum and home cook with a true interest in sustainable living. For me personal training is much more than a weekly session in the studio, it’s about working with each client to build a lifestyle that will enable them to achieve their health and fitness goals through exercise, nutrition and movement.
In 2017 I left my corporate-office-life in London and began my journey to becoming a personal trainer. At the start of this new chapter I felt quite overwhelmed by all the contradictory advice on what it is to be ‘healthy,’ but since then I have realised that being healthy should be tailored to you as an individual and most of all, enjoyable!
I believe creating a lifestyle that is healthy will have a positive impact on your mental and physical well-being. There are so many small decisions that all of us are able to make on a day-to-day basis that can have a huge impact on our long-term health and fitness.
It’s never too late to start investing some time and energy into looking after your one and only body. But as well as purposefully exercising, we can stay fit and healthy by increasing our everyday energy expenditure... moving more!
Whether this is by going for a walk, gardening, cycling to work or if you’re anything like me dancing around the kitchen like a looney with the children. All of them will help you to feel good, both physically and mentally.

I am based at EMS Fitness Studio, located in the centre of Norwich on King Street, a boutique studio used exclusively for personal training. It offers a small but great space with all the equipment required for bespoke sessions.
